Mr. Brown has more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive for Fortune 100 brands overseeing P&L, marketing, sales, products, engineering, finance and service initiatives in mobile, wireless, software and content. Previously, Robert served as President of an innovative mobile travel app called PHIND creating the companies brand, current generation products and strategic partnerships with leading brands. Prior to that Robert served as VP of Business Development for Rexter, a Leading CRM platform backed by Microsoft. Before founding and leading ILOGIX solutions a leading developer of mobile and cloud computing solutions, serving firms such as Bank of American, Chase & Experian.
Previously, he lead the sales, marketing & business development initiatives as VP of Marketing of AudioRamp a pioneer in the digital audio and video space which was acquired by Eastech, Ltd. Brown served as a senior executive for Philips launching the first family of Windows CE devices, and as head of strategic marketing for Mitsubishi Wireless, launching the world's first smartphone for AT&T under the PocketNet brand. Brown also served as Global Brand Manager for Samsung's Mobile Computing Group growing the business to more than $1.3B in revenue. An alumni of San Diego State, Brown also held product, marketing and engineering positions with Sanyo, Seagate, Panasonic and TRW Space Systems Group.
Shelly Cofini is a seasoned veteran in Business Strategy and Finance. Energetic, collaborative, honest. With more than 30 years of experience in business, Shelly Cofini is a technology strategist, and speaker. She actively consults with REITs, investment funds, private equity groups, emerging technologies by providing marketing strategies, acquisition and exit strategies. She is a top-level strategic decision-maker, a collaborative executive team member focused in driving profitability and direction of enterprises; advancing qualified online sales, mobile application and software development opportunities; defining and closing lucrative new business opportunities; and building internal and external sales team consensus and performance.
She has funded more than $4 billion over her real estate finance career and managed over $2.5 billion in Investment Transactions. She has conducted over 1000 workshops, and keynotes. Her resume includes positions held at firms such as Berkshire Hathaway, Shearson Lehman, SC Funding and others.
She is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Development, and the University of Santa Monica, earning a Master of Arts, Spiritual Psychology degree.
A resident of Newport Beach, when not working you will find her running the back bay, competing locally in crossfit, spinning or cooking and entertaining family and friends. Her southern upbringing is evident in both her faith and her work ethic.

Mr. Cass has spent the last 25 years working in the technology and marketing sectors with a continuous passion for pursuing leading edge technologies holding senior positions with Disney, Canon and Konica Minolta. He started working with Augmented Reality in 2009 and continues to mold the way consumers utilize AR to interact with their surroundings.
Previously, Cass developed an Augmented Reality app called Printergize, which was featured on the cover of Billboard Magazine. The AR campaign included Chaka Khan and was expanded to include many of her media ads as well as the cover of her CD. Allen is a regular contributor and evangelist to the AR and VR communities.
Mr. Hubbard recently served as the President at Private Capital Network, an international Angel Investor network with over 700 active investors. PCN has the highest investment percentage of any angel investor group in America with over 30% of the companies presenting receiving investment from PCN members. He has trained over 300 CEO’s on pitching investors in the past 5 years.
Hubbard is also an executive partner at ACH Ventures, holding investments in 60 companies as well as sitting on the board of directors for multiple technology and consumer product companies. His first company, KENNE SPORT Inc, grew to a national ski brand in less than 3 years, 1988-1991, sold in over 200 stores. In 1991, he successfully exited and moved into the high tech industry. He enjoyed the intense learning curve of working at one of the largest companies in America, Itochu Corporation.
Mr. Melin has nearly 38 years in the digital print and media space and currently serves as the Chairman and Co-Founder of MERIDIUN. Dave currently serves as the President & Co-Founder of Meridian Graphics, a leading marketing services, fulfillment and digital printing conglomerate in Tustin, CA. Prior to founding Meridian Graphics, Melin served as President and COO of Direct Color overseeing all aspects of the business.
Mr. Lai, has been Chief Executive Officer of Sinobiomed Inc. since June 9, 2011 and serves as its President. Mr. Lai co-founded Sitoa Corporation in 2001 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from 2001 to March 2012. He managed Sitoa Corporation's creative marketing and promotional efforts on behalf of retailers and suppliers, directs the strategy behind its product categories and builds strategic relationships and sales channels. Prior to Sitoa, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Recom Technologies, Inc. and LVL Communications. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Seratosa Inc., from June 09, 2011 to March 01, 2012 and President since March 01, 2012. Mr. Lai has 15 years of experience in technology marketing. He founded and ran LVL Consulting, later i-Storm, a privately held strategic marketing and consulting firm that helped to introduce many well-known brand names in Silicon Valley. Mr. Lai led the team that created the initial product identification and marketing program for Acer America. He also led the team that designed and implemented Egghead.com. His team helped develop the initial product design for the Palm Pilot. The team also developed and implemented several well-known on-line supplier sales channels, Intuit.com and Cisco.com being the best known. He serves as a Director of Recom Technologies. Mr. Lai holds a BA from Stanford University.
Mr. Valencia has more than 25 years as an entrepreneur and consultant driving key management, restructuring and corporate finance initiatives. Paul develops and implements corporate, liquidity and exit strategies for principals and investors, targets and negotiates potential merger & acquisition candidates, identifies and contacts potential finance sources for complete business recapitalization and in distress situations will contact and negotiate with the company’s creditors and vendors.
Paul is a partner at Dafoe Redmont, and has worked as an investment banker with AM Razo & Company, where he completed capital placements, merger & acquisition transactions and business restructuring for middle market manufacturing & business service clients. Paul co-founded & managed Caval Graphics, a graphics production company specializing in the entertainment industry, where he successfully marketed and sold to leading companies like Disney, Warner Brothers & Rhino Records. Previously, Paul founded & served as CEO of Sustainabuilt, a manufacturer of eco-friendly, panelized homes where he led the company from concept to pro-type and sale of the technology and manufacturing process.
